Kitchen Solvers LLC is a national franchising company that specializes in kitchen remodeling. Gerald and Betty Baldner founded Kitchen Solvers as a home-based business in 1982. The company initially focused on providing cabinet refacing services to La Crosse (WI) homeowners. As demand for cabinet refacing and remodeling grew, Kitchen Solvers expanded their service area to include all of Western Wisconsin.

In 1984 the Baldners established the first franchise division of Kitchen Solvers in Janesville, WI. Soon after, Kitchen Solvers grew internationally in 1999 with the opening of its first Canadian franchise in Ottawa, Ontario. With locations in Halifax, Vancouver (Surrey), Edmonton, and Winnipeg, Kitchen Solvers has established itself as an industry leader in both new cabinetry and cabinet refacing throughout Canada.

Kitchen Solvers currently has more than 70 franchise outlets located throughout a 30 state region and 4 Canadian provinces. The company is expecting to add several new franchise outlets during 2010.

Recognizing the varying remodeling needs of today's homeowner, Kitchen Solvers provides its franchisees with opportunities to develop numerous profit centers. Kitchen Solvers gives its franchise outlets the ability to offer cabinet refacing, custom cabinetry, kitchen design services, plus custom countertops that include laminate, solid surface, and granite. In addition, some of our franchise outlets offer bath tub and shower surround wall liners, flooring, and closet organizing systems.
